プライバシーポリシー
このプライバシーポリシーは、SDGnote（以下、「サービス提供者」とします）が商用サービスとして作成したモバイルデバイス用のDripタイマーアプリ（以下、「本アプリ」とします）に適用されます。このサービスは、そのままの状態で利用することを意図しています。
情報の収集と使用
本アプリは、お客様が本アプリをダウンロードし、使用する際に情報を収集します。この情報には以下のようなものが含まれます。
- お客様のデバイスのインターネットプロトコルアドレス（IPアドレスなど）
- お客様が閲覧した本アプリのページ、閲覧日時、ページ滞在時間
- お客様が本アプリに費やした時間
- お客様がモバイルデバイスで使用しているオペレーティングシステム
本アプリは、お客様のモバイルデバイスの位置に関する正確な情報を収集しません。
本アプリケーションは、サービスプロバイダがお客様のおおよその地理的位置を特定し、以下の方法で利用するのに役立つ、お客様のデバイスの位置を収集します。
- 位置情報サービス：サービス提供者は、個別化されたコンテンツ、関連する推奨事項、および位置に基づいたサービスなどの機能を提供するために、位置データを利用しています。
- 分析と改善：集計された匿名化された位置データは、ユーザーの行動を分析し、トレンドを特定し、アプリケーションの全体的なパフォーマンスと機能を改善するのに役立ちます。
- サードパーティサービス：定期的に、サービス提供者は匿名化された位置データを外部サービスに送信する場合があります。これらのサービスは、アプリケーションの向上とサービス提供の最適化を支援します。
サービスプロバイダは、重要な情報、必要な通知、およびマーケティングプロモーションを提供するために、提供された情報を使用して随時お客様に連絡することがあります。
サービス提供者は、本アプリをより快適にご利用いただくために、メールアドレス、ユーザーID、年齢、性別、住所、電話番号、生年月日、端末ID、IPアドレスなどの個人を特定できる情報の提供をお願いする場合があります。サービス提供者が要求する情報は、サービス提供者によって保持され、本プライバシーポリシーに記載されているとおりに使用されます。
第三者によるアクセス
サービスプロバイダは、本アプリおよびサービス向上のため、匿名化された集計データのみを定期的に外部サービスに送信します。サービス提供者は、本プライバシーステートメントに記載されている方法で、お客様の情報を第三者と共有することがあります。

サービス提供者は、ユーザー提供情報および自動収集情報を開示することがあります。
- 召喚状または同様の法的手続きに従うなど、法律で義務付けられている場合
- 権利の保護、利用者の安全または他者の安全の保護、不正行為の調査、政府の要請への対応などのために開示が必要であると誠意を持って判断した場合
- 当社は、当社に代わって業務を行う信頼できるサービスプロバイダーとの間で、当社が開示する情報を独自に使用することはなく、本プライバシーステートメントに定める規則を遵守することに同意しています。
オプトアウトの権利
お客様は、本アプリケーションをアンインストールすることにより、本アプリケーションによるすべての情報収集を簡単に停止することができます。お客様は、お客様のモバイルデバイスの一部として、またはモバイルアプリケーションマーケットプレイスもしくはネットワーク経由で利用可能な標準的なアンインストールプロセスを使用することができます。
データ保持ポリシー
サービス提供者は、ユーザーがアプリケーションを利用し続け、その後合理的な期間まで、ユーザーが提供したデータを保持します。もし、アプリケーションを通じて提供したユーザー提供データを削除してほしい場合は、 sdgmt66@sdgnote.com に連絡してください。彼らは合理的な時間内に対応いたします。
子どもについて
サービス提供者は、本アプリを使用して、13歳未満の児童から故意にデータを収集したり、13歳未満の児童に販売したりすることはありません。
本アプリは、13歳未満を対象としていません。サービス提供者は、13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人を特定できる情報を収集することはありません。万が一、13歳未満の児童が個人情報を提供していることが判明した場合、サービス提供者は直ちにこれをサーバーから削除します。保護者の方で、お子様が個人情報を提供していることに気づかれた場合は、サービス提供者 (sdgmt66@sdgnote.com）までご連絡ください。
セキュリティについて
サービス提供者は、お客様の情報の機密性の保護に努めています。サービス提供者は、サービス提供者が処理し、維持する情報を保護するために、物理的、電子的、および手続き上の保護措置を提供します。
変更
本プライバシーポリシーは、理由の如何を問わず、随時更新されることがあります。サービス提供者は、プライバシーポリシーの変更について、このページを新しいプライバシーポリシーで更新することにより、お客様に通知します。お客様は、本プライバシーポリシーの変更を定期的に確認することをお勧めします。
本プライバシーポリシーは2024-03-01より有効となります。
お客様の同意について
本アプリケーションを使用することにより、お客様は、本プライバシーポリシーに記載されたお客様の情報の処理に同意したものとみなされます。

Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the DripTimer app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by SDGnote (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application collects your device's location, which helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location and make use of in below ways:
- Geolocation Services: The Service Provider utilizes location data to provide features such as personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services.
- Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps the Service Provider to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.
- Third-Party Services: Periodically, the Service Provider may transmit anonymized location data to external services. These services assist them in enhancing the Application and optimizing their offerings.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email,UserID,age,gender,Address, phone number, date of birth, device ID, IP address. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at sdgmt66@sdgnote.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (sdgmt66@sdgnote.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
